It’s hard to believe that our baby girl is 1 week old already. We are all doing well and actually getting some rest. It seems as though we were under-feeding Meck when we first came home, but with that under control and her now eating almost 3.5 ounces at each feeding, we are developing a routine. She only gets up once during the night and Kevin has been handling that feeding. He also changed his first “poopy” diaper…without getting sick. It seems as though he is a pro. We have had lots of visitors and even a couple of good meals delivered.
Meck went to the pediatrician on Monday for a weight check and jaundice re-check. She weighs 7 lbs and 15 oz and didn’t need any additional blood work for jaundice. She goes for her 2 week check-up on Tuesday April 24th!
