Here are the images we saw yesterday on the ultrasound machine. It’s hard to believe that people can get excited by looking at these grainy black and white images. I know I never had an inkling of what I was looking at when other people would show me their ultrasound images, and I could never understand why people thought I could spot a fetus among all that grainy stuff, but now it’s my turn. I am so happy for you both. This is a great time in your lives. I can remember happy times in my childhood, but the first true happiness came when your mom told me you were on the way. And it kept getting better. I was gonna be the first dad in the delivery room in the old Bourbon County Hospital. After spending the night with your mom in the labor room, I went to Burger Queen for breakfast. Funny how I can remeber these things when I can’t remember what I did yesterday. There are so many memories of you that bring happiness to me still. God has blessed you, and will watch over you. Love DAD.
I like the new look and the bible verse is perfect! I am so excited for the both of you. This is an exciting time in your lives, so enjoy every second. There is nothing like your first pregnancy. I’m so excited for both of you. There is nothing like a new baby. You will be great parents!!! The moment you see that precious little face your heart will melt and life will never be the same. It just gets better!! (until they turn 12,just kidding!!!!) This tiny little life is so blessed to be born into such a loving, Christian family.
